REBAP Mandaluyong City Chapter, Inc. (REBAP Mandaluyong) recently celebrated its 23 years last September 2016. Over the years vibrant and meaningful business relations have been developed among members in terms of meetings, social responsibility initiatives, group viewings to various developments, recreational field trips and more importantly exchanges of listings. The organization is rich in history with many of the previous officers eventually end up contributing personal experience and resources to the national or umbrella organization Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines Inc. (very well known as REBAP). The members of REBAP Mandaluyong come from highly diverse backgrounds, ages and locations in Metro Manila. If you are a starting or young real estate broker (REB) and you want to seriously pursue your career, then the best way to go is join REBAP Mandaluyong and be mentored by a seasoned REB. Sunday Series: Broker in Frame | Maribelle Diangson

​If she were not a broker, Maribelle "Belle" Acevedo Diangson would be an astronomer charting the stars. But luckily for us, Belle brought that stargazing focus down to earth.

​Belle has handled high stakes project selling for top tier developers including Megaworld, SMDC, Robinsons Land, Alveo Land, and New San Jose Builders, alongside her work in general brokerage and consultancy. With her business owner journey in the pipeline, she continues to expand her professional horizon.

​She earned her broker license under DTI in 2007, under PRC in 2013, and achieved her consultant license in 2024.

​Belle is also a Professor under the BS Real Estate Management program for a university in Manila wherein she teaches subjects such as Real Estate Finance and Economics, and Consulting for Specific Engagement.

​Beyond her professional accolades, Belle enjoys painting, music, and swimming.

​At home, she is a devoted fur mom to a rescued cat she saved all the way from Cavite.

​Whether she is mentoring a student, advising a client on a development, or simply looking up at the night sky, Belle reminds us all to never lose our sense of wonder.
