Nasa ilalim ng Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 ang katimugang bahagi ng Occidental Mindoro kabilang ang San Jose, Rizal, Calintaan, at Magsaysaym, dahil sa Severe Tropical Storm โ€œTinoโ€ (Kalmaegi) na patuloy na lumalakas habang kumikilos pa-kanluran.

Inaasahan ang malalakas na hangin at paminsan-minsang pag-ulan sa mga susunod na oras. Pinapayuhan ang mga residente na maging alerto sa posibleng baha, landslide, at storm surge, lalo na sa mga baybayin.

Ang mga mangingisda at maliliit na bangka ay mahigpit na pinapayuhang huwag munang pumalaot dahil sa malalakas na alon.

Patuloy na mag-monitor sa mga opisyal na abiso ng PAGASA at PIO Occidental Mindoro para sa pinakahuling update.

In relation to the published Tropical Cyclone Bulletin Nr. 4 issued by PAGASA as of 05:00 AM, November 03, 2025 This station is ๐“๐ž๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐š๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐’๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐ง๐๐ข๐ง๐  ๐•๐จ๐ฒ๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฌ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ฏ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฌ/๐ฐ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐œ๐ซ๐š๐Ÿ๐ญ๐ฌ plying the route within the area of responsibility of Southern portion of ๐Ž๐œ๐œ๐ข๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ฅ ๐Œ๐ข๐ง๐๐จ๐ซ๐จ including ๐’๐š๐ง ๐‰๐จ๐ฌ๐ž, ๐‘๐ข๐ณ๐š๐ฅ, ๐‚๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐š๐š๐ง, ๐Œ๐š๐ ๐ฌ๐š๐ฒ๐ฌ๐š๐ฒ due to hoisting of Severe Tropical Storm (STS) No. 1 for the Typhoon " TINO" and the possible effect of inclement of weather in accordance to the PCG Memorandum Circular 02-23 entitled "Revised Guidelines on Movement of Vessels during Heavy Weather' dated 23 March 2023.

Moreover, voyages may be allowed in the Main Supply Routes and Special Areas under the condition set forth by the NHQ-PCG MC 02-23, as verified this station.

Further, all vessels are reminded to take precautionary measures and be extra vigilant in monitoring the movement of typhoon if deemed to be affected by said weather disturbance. Voyage of vessel will resume until further notice and upon improvement of weather and sea condition.

Furthermore, vessels which intend to take shelter shall be permitted as long as it is manifested through a written request and no passenger/cargo will be allowed on board.
