Nakikiisa ang Unang Hakbang sa panawagang CON Stay on Main, laban sa tuluyang relokasyon ng Kolehiyo ng Narsing sa San Rafael Campus. Mariin naming binibigyang-diin na ang usaping ito ay hindi simpleng paglilipat lamang ng campus, ito ay usapin ng karapatan sa libre, dekalidad, at accessible na edukasyon.

Bilang isang organisasyong sentralisado sa kawanggawa, naniniwala kaming ang mga pampublikong sektor ng lipunan ay dapat maging makatarungan para sa lahat. Hindi dapat ipinagsasawalang bahala ang karapatan ng bawat kabataang makamit ang accessible na edukasyon at itago ito sa likod ng sakripisyo at tiyaga.

Hindi dapat isinasakripisyo ang kapakanan ng mga iskonars ng bayan bunga ng kakulangan sa pagpaplano, pasilidad, at konsiderasyon ng administrasyon. Sa halip na makatulong, ang naturang relokasyon ay lalo lamang magpapahirap sa mga estudyante.
