1️⃣ Magparehistro at magpakuhang timbang.
2️⃣ Sagutan ang donor form.
3️⃣ Magpa-blood typing at hemoglobin test.
4️⃣ Magpasuri sa doktor.
5️⃣ Magbigay ng dugo at magpahinga pagkatapos ng proseso.

45 minuto hanggang 1 oras ng iyong oras, habang-buhay na pag-asa para sa iba.🩸✨

Sa simpleng pagdodonate ng dugo ay maaaring makapag ligtas ng buhay. Bukod sa pagtulong sa mga nangangailangan, may mga benepisyo rin ito sa kalusugan ng donor.

Mga benepisyo ng pagdodonate ng dugo:

✔️ Nakakatulong sa pagpapanatili ng mabuting kalusugan ng dugo at puso.
✔️ Nakapagbibigay ng pagkakataong masuri ang iyong kalusugan bago ang donasyon.
✔️ Nakakatulong sa mga pasyenteng nangangailangan ng dugo sa oras ng emergency.
