- Kids - 13 to 17 years old
- Midget - 18 to 24 years old
- Junior - 25 to 30 years old

MENS VOLLEYBALL SHUFFLE:
- 13 years old and above

WOMENS VOLLEYBALL SHUFFLE:
- 13 years old and above

Requirements for 15 years old and above:
- Original and Photocopy of Voter’s ID or Voter’s Certificate for 18 years old and above. (Non-register, No play policy)
- Brgy. Residency
- Original and Photo copy of PSA or Birth Certificate

Requirements for 14 years old and below:
- Original and Photo copy of Present School ID
- Original and Photo copy of PSA or Birth Certificate

Submission of gallery for Basketball will start today, February 27 and will end on March 2, 2025. ( 1:00pm to 5:00pm ) You can submit your printed gallery to SK OFFICE together with your requirements. Our Office is located at Brgy. Hall New Building 2nd Floor.

For Basketball gallery/line up form, please message our page to get the file.

Note: First 12 teams for each division will be entertain for Basketball. NO SUBMITTING OF GALLERY ONLINE.
