For too long, some in-house sales operations have operated beyond the bounds of law, allowing unaccredited agents or unlicensed salespersons to sell subdivision lots and condominium units in violation of PD 957 and RA 9646 (Real Estate Service Act). These practices not only undermine the credibility of legitimate brokers and practitioners but also expose unsuspecting buyers to risks, misinformation, and unprotected transactions.
