With every election comes the opportunity to entrust the future of our community to leaders guided by integrity, dedication, and service.

The 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 marks an important milestone in student governance, bringing together Local Organization Presidents in the selection of leaders who will help oversee and advance university-wide student initiatives and activities. 🏛

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌 | 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐡-𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲

Matagumpay na isinagawa ng Student Judicial Council ang 2026–2027 Oath-Taking Ceremony sa University of Makati Auditorium bilang pormal na pagsisimula ng panunungkulan ng mga bagong halal at itinalagang opisyal ng iba't ibang organisasyon ng Unibersidad.

Ang seremonya ay nagsilbing pagpapatibay ng kanilang panata na mamuno nang may integridad, pananagutan, at dedikasyon sa paglilingkod sa komunidad ng mga mag-aaral. Bilang tagapagtaguyod ng katarungan at mabuting pamamahala, nananatiling katuwang ang Student Judicial Council sa paghuhubog ng mga lider na may malasakit, kakayahan, at paninindigan.

Nawa’y magsilbing inspirasyon ang okasyong ito sa patuloy na pagtataguyod ng mga pagpapahalagang nagbubuklod sa ating pamayanang pangmag-aaral.

𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗟 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗦𝗨-𝗦𝗖𝗢𝗠 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 & 𝗢𝗮𝘁𝗵-𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

On June 10, 2026, University of Makati Tunog Kawayan delivered a captivating musical performance during the Commission on Student Elections (COSEL) and Higher School ng UMak–Supreme Student Commission on Elections (HSU-SCOM) Turnover, and on the 2nd day of the Oath-Taking Ceremony 2026, held at the UMak Auditorium.

The performance added a vibrant and cultural atmosphere to the event, which marked the formal transition of leadership and the induction of newly elected student leaders and election officials. The ceremony highlighted the values of integrity, responsibility, and service as the new officers officially assumed their respective roles.

The UMak Siglahi Folk Dance Company bloomed on the UMak Auditorium stage as they held intermission performances for the 1st day of the UMak Commission on Student Elections (COSEL) and Higher School ng UMak-Supmre Student Commission on Election (HSU-SCOM)'s organized Oath-Taking Ceremony last June 9, 2026.

The ensemble blended with the formal and traditionally themed setting of the event—with sophisticated movements and recognizable tunes. The well preserved culture by their showcase of honed skills and talents reflected the main themes of this event—upholding legacy while consistently displaying their commitment for leadership and the arts.

Following today’s Miting de Avance and Elections, with a voter turnout of 80 out of 119 newly elected and appointed Student Council members, the Commission on Student Elections (COSEL) hereby announces the newly elected University Student Council Officers for A.Y. 2026-2027.

𝗠𝘅. 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗮, the Newly Elected USC President from the Institute of Nursing

𝗠𝘀. 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗵 “𝗥𝗲𝗱” 𝗦𝗮𝘆𝘂𝗱, the Newly Elected USC Vice President from the College of Business and Financial Science

𝗠𝘀. 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗮, the Newly Elected USC Secretary General from the Institute of Arts and Design

Their election reflects the mandate granted to them by the electoral body. As they assume their respective roles, they are bound to uphold transparency, accountability, and responsible governance in service of the student body.

HAPPENING NOW | The 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐌𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞 𝐀𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐔𝐒𝐂-𝐌𝐃𝐀) is currently taking place at the 𝑼𝑴𝒂𝒌 𝑨𝒖𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒖𝒎 as candidates and the student body come together for one of the culminating events of this year’s student election season.

Aspiring USC student leaders are now presenting their platforms, visions, and advocacies before the university community. Students are still welcome to come and witness the event as future leaders share their plans and commitments for the student body.
