A moment worth celebrating for everyone behind the construction of Solmera Beach Park Resort in San Juan, Batangas.

The team, led by SVP for Design, Engineering & Construction Adrian Calimbas, gathered last week for the grand topping-off celebration of the Matahari, Kartika, Bumi, Asri, and Nusa buildings, marking a major milestone as the development moves closer to welcoming guests in February 2027.

Also in attendance were VP for Concrete Services and Equipment Services Group Roseman Natunay, AVP for Construction Operations Marlo Bumatay, and Post Construction Group Manager Fleur Rubio.

The occasion recognized the dedication, teamwork, and commitment to quality of the Construction Team and Project Technical Group, whose efforts have helped bring the development to life.

As Solmera Beach Park Resort moves toward completion, this milestone reflects the collective effort driving the project forward and advancing its goal of becoming the country's premier beach park destination.
