🌍Kalakalikasan celebrates "Earth Day 2025" with the theme “Our Power, Our Planet.”
✨️Every small action we take—like reducing plastic, planting trees, and spreading awareness—can help protect our only home.

😱Did you know that each person creates about "1.2 kilos of trash every day", and more than half of that can be reused or recycled?

🪠- Plastic can stay in nature for up to 1,000 years, harming animals and polluting our oceans. If global temperatures rise by just 1.5°C, we could lose up to 90% of coral reefs. The Philippines is one of the top sources of plastic waste in the ocean, but we are also one of the countries most affected by climate change. That’s why it’s important for us to take action—because we have the power to make a difference. Let’s use our power to protect our planet, not just today, but every day.
