The St. Isidore Parish community joyfully commemorated the Solemnity of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary through a day filled with prayer, reflection, and meaningful activities.
The celebration began in the morning with a Eucharistic Celebration, giving thanks to God for the gift of Mary, the Mother of Jesus and the Mother of the Church.
In the afternoon, the St. Isidore Parish Youth Ministry, Youth Choir, Ministry of Altar Servers, and Social Communications Ministry gathered for a meaningful Marian activity. The young people wrote their personal letters to Mother Mary, created their own rosaries, and used them during the Holy Rosary prayer. ๐๐ฟ๐น
The activity provided an opportunity for the youth to personally express their prayers, hopes, gratitude, and intentions to Mary while deepening their appreciation for the Holy Rosary as a means of drawing closer to Christ.
As the Church celebrates Mary's birth, her life continues to remind the faithful of the beauty of humility, obedience, faith, and a wholehearted response to God's call. May her example inspire the youth to grow in faith and use their God-given gifts in joyful service to the Church.
