Mabuhay, Kabataan! Madalas ka bang mag isip ng sobra sa mga bagay?

Overthinking. A habit that we are used to do when we think too much of things in this world. Everything that we may believe can really eat us, can really make us do wicked things that we wouldn’t expect we’ll do. ✨

When we think of stuff so much, nasasapawaan tayo mga thoughts natin, maraming mga possibilities or worries na kinakatakutan nating mangyari. Minsan ay hinahayaan natin ang ating sarili na mag lugmok sa ganoon. 2 Corinthians 10:5 “Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;” this verse is reminding us that no matter how deep we think about the things that would wreck us, that will make us doubt. But we should remember that let’s bring these to captivity instead of settling with that mindset. Bringing these lingering thoughts in captivity, let yourself open your bible to read, to absorb the His words. Mahirap man baguhin ang pag o-overthink lalo na’t madami tayong pinag dadaanan, pero maging daan ito upang mas mapalapit at sumunod tayo kay Lord. Let His word change us, Let His words change your thought pattern. 🤍

Kumusta, mga kabataan! Mapagpalang araw sa inyong lahat. Minsan, may mga bagay tayong sobrang pinag-aalala—our future, our studies, our family, our dreams, and even the things we don’t know how to solve. Minsan iniisip natin, “Paano kaya ito? Kakayanin ko kaya?” Pero sa Philippians 4:19, ipinapaalala sa atin na hindi natin kailangang matakot sa kung ano ang darating, dahil God knows what we need. Hindi man ibigay sa atin agad ang lahat ng gusto natin, He will always provide what we truly need according to His will and His perfect timing.

Kaya kung may pinagdadaanan ka ngayon, keep trusting God even when you cannot see the whole picture yet. Continue praying, continue believing, and continue moving forward. Maaaring hindi natin alam kung paano Niya gagawin, pero alam natin kung sino ang ating pinagtitiwalaan. God has always been faithful, and He will never leave us empty-handed. When you feel like you don’t have enough, remember that you have a God who is more than enough. 🤍✨

You tell people na "okay" na ako, na I’m healing, I left the past. Pero in reality you really can’t. You tried many things to avoid or distract yourself but you really can’t because you heart and mind still aches for them.

𝗧𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗴𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗱, but do we really let it go?

𝟭. 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝘅𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺
Mahirap pero we should not focus on it and don’t let it get in to you deeper, kasi the more we think about it, the more we cannot let go.

𝟮. 𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂
Yung kay Abraham na nag iisa nyang anak na si Isaac, we know na mahirap para sakanya but he obeyed God and he gave his only son Isaac. This story tells us na kahit mahirap i let go, we should let it go, because may much better and much bigger na plano si God sa atin. We better move on from in and not hold onto it.

𝟯. 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗚𝗼𝗱
Never look back sa past, because oo mahirap pero we have to understand that it can destroy us. Sometimes all we need is to understand yourself and let it be freely. It’s not just for their own good but for you too. For you to have freedom and not get trapped in the past.

The kindest thing that you can do is you still can care for them
But it doesn’t mean that you won’t let them go. It’s okay to leave it behind when you know their hurting you.

Have you ever made a mistake and felt guilty, wondering if God would still forgive you?
‎
‎Minsan sa buhay natin, hindi natin maiiwasang magkamali. May times na dahil sa mga pagkakamali natin, feeling natin hindi na tayo worthy sa love ni God, and we become disappointed in ourselves. Minsan naiisip natin, “Kailangan ko munang baguhin ang sarili ko bago ako maging worthy sa love ni God.” Pero 1 John 1:9 reminds us that even when we make mistakes, we can always come to God, confess our sins, and ask for His forgiveness. 🫶❤️‍🩹

‎1 John 1:9 says that if we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Hindi niya hinihintay na maging perfect muna tayo bago tayo lumapit sa Kanya. He wants us to be honest about our mistakes and come to Him with a repentant heart. Minsan nagiguilty tayo kasi alam natin na mali yung ginawa natin, and that guilt can remind us that what we did was wrong. Kasi kapag wala na tayong guilt na nararamdaman kahit alam nating mali yung ginagawa natin wala na tayong pakialam, at mas mahirap para sa atin na matutong magbago. Pero hindi rin ibig sabihin na kailangan nating manatili sa guilt forever. We can use that realization to come to God, confess our sins, ask for forgiveness, and choose to do better. ✨

‎God already know your mistakes, but He still gives you the opportunity to come back to Him. You don't have to let guilt make you feel like you are too far from God to be forgiven. bring those mistakes to Him, be honest with Him, and trust in His forgiveness.🫶

‎1 John 1:9 is a reminder that our mistakes are not the end of our story. Kapag sincere tayong nag-confess ng sins natin, God is always ready to forgive us and give us another chance. His forgiveness should encourage us to change, grow, and become better. Let us choose to come back to Him, learn from our mistakes, and continue walking with Him. ✨

GOOD DAY EVERYONE
Ang Isaiah 41:10 ay isang beautiful reminder from God na hindi natin kailangang matakot kahit gaano pa kahirap ang situation na pinagdadaanan natin. Minsan, we feel weak, lost, worried, or unsure kung ano ang mangyayari next. May mga moments na parang hindi natin kaya at gusto na lang nating sumuko. But this verse reminds us that God is always with us.

Kapag sinabi ng Diyos na “Do not fear, for I am with you,” it means na hindi tayo nag-iisa sa bawat challenge na hinaharap natin. Kahit hindi natin alam kung ano ang magiging resulta, we can choose to trust Him and believe that He will guide us. He will give us strength when we feel weak, courage when we are afraid, and hope when things become difficult.

Hindi ibig sabihin na wala na tayong pagdadaanan na problems. Instead, it reminds us that we don't have to face those problems alone. God can be our source of strength and comfort. Kaya kahit may fears, doubts, and struggles, patuloy pa rin tayong lumaban, mag-pray, at magtiwala sa Kanya.

Always remember: You may feel weak, but God can strengthen you. You may feel afraid, but God is with you. You may not know what tomorrow holds, but you can trust the One who holds your tomorrow. 🙏✨

‎Imagine God was in front of you and hearing Him say: Kaya mo naman pala, bakit pagdating sa’kin hirap na hirap ka? What will you feel?

‎We push ourselves to the limit. We give everything we could do, we give our best para makuha yung gusto natin, We give our time and sacrifices for studies or to the things that we want to have, pero bakit pagdating kay Lord, biglang ang daming excuses. Bakit hirap na hirap tayong ibigay yung best natin, bakit hirap na hirap tayo mag spend ng time sa kanya? When it comes to God, we suddenly feel too tired, too busy, or too distracted.

‎𝟭. 𝗞𝗮𝘆𝗮 𝗺𝗼 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻, 𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝗺𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗶𝘆𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆
‎
‎When we want something, we'll do everything to have it, we can make way to do it, kaya natin magsakripisyo. These actions prove na may discipline tayo, may energy tayo to do what we need to do. So when God asks for even a small portion of our time – prayer, devotion, obedience bakit hindi natin nabibigay, bakit natin sinasabi na bukas nalang Lord, pagod na ko eh, inaantok na ko eh. Hindi natin pwedeng sabihin na “hindi ko kaya.” The truth is, kaya mo naman pala, pero pinipili mong ibigay ang lakas mo sa ibang bagay. Kaya mo naman pala, hindi mo lang Siya priority.

𝟮. 𝗛𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝗸𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴, 𝗸𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆

‎We often give God our leftover — yung last few minutes ng araw na pagod na tayo. Minsan nga hindi pa natin binibigay. In Matthew 6:21, Jesus reminded us: "𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙨, 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚 𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙤." He sacrificed His only Son for you, so, He deserves your first and your best, not your excuses. Let God be your treasure, let prioritize Him because if you put Him first everything will follow.

‎God deserves everything more than our excuses. When it come to us, He pour everything. He gave His Son. He value us. Kung kaya mong magsakripisyo para sa mundo, mas kaya mong magsakripisyo para sa Diyos na nagbigay ng lahat para sa’yo.

We live in a world that always says "you first" — be first to succeed, first to be seen, first to be praised. It's so easy to get caught up in proving ourselves without even noticing it.

But this verse gently reminds us that real love doesn't compete. It doesn't need to be louder, better, or more noticed. It just chooses to stay humble, to listen more, to understand more.

Learning to value other people above ourself doesn't mean we are less — it just means we're learning to love like Jesus did. To be secure enough not to always put ourself in the center. To celebrate others without feeling threatened. To choose kindness even when pride feels easier. 🤍

At the end of the day, it's not about who gets the credit. It's about who we become while we're giving it.

What a blessed day Kabataan!❣️

Do you always hear the word “nothing is impossible with God”?

Because if you do, then you have an idea what it means.

Every person has a dream of becoming who they wanna be. Like Doctor, Police, Surgeon, etc.

But when life gives you harsh reality, it feels like we cannot achieve that. We sometimes struggle about it, we wanted that dream but instead we chose the other one; the one that can make us financially stable or just fit on the budget.
We’re worried for our future, but we are more worried that we won’t able to meet our dreams, the dreams that we longed for years, the dream that always motivates us.

Life is full of surprises that can be good or bad.

“Dreams don’t die, it just gets quiet.”
This is what i always see on social media on other dreams. A simple sentence with a deep feeling.

But with God, nothing is impossible!
He sees our sufferings, pain, and desires!
Even when we feel that He doesn’t move, He moves!
He’s working on it for our sake, He is preparing us for something better .
You will succeed on whatever u choose when you’re with God, always trust him and walk by faith and not by sight.

He is just waiting for the right timing.

Let us praise our almighty God!

Pain is something we all experience — whether it's the pain of loss, betrayal, rejection, or heartache.
‎- Let Them and Let God book

‎This verse reminds us that God is not distant when we are hurting — He is nearest in our pain. Being brokenhearted can feel like being abandoned, but the truth is, it’s in those moments that God draws closest. Even if we felt like His far. His presence brings comfort, His love brings healing, and His salvation lifts us from despair.🤍

God's doesn't just acknowledge our hurt; He enters into it with us.

‎When life feels heavy and your spirit feels crushed, remember that God is not far away. He is beside you, ready to restore hope and give peace. Brokenness is not the end — it’s the place where God’s grace begins to shine.✨

We should not be afraid to admit our mistakes and ask for forgiveness from someone we have hurt.

Sometimes, we carry our mistakes, worries and the burdens silently beacause we're afraid to open up, but James 5:16 “Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective”reminds us that there is healing in being honest and sincere, there is healing when you ask for forgiveness and forgiving others, there is healing when you pray for other people. 🙏🤍

When was the last time you prayed for others, not only for yourself? Praying for someone is one of the simplest yet it is wonderful way to show them our care and love. We don't know everyone's pain and problems, but we can bring them into God's hands through our whispered prayers at night. Caring is not always about being there for someone, sometimes it means always praying for them even when they don't know. Remember,“I will pray for you”is one of the most beautiful things you can say to someone, it is one of akind and effective.

Your prayer can turn wounded hearts toward healing, your simple prayer can change everything because there is power in prayer.
When we pray for ourselves and for others, we place everything in God’s hands and trust Him to bring healing. So, when someone pops into your mind or you have that feeling you can't explain, maybe God is asking you to prah for that person. 💓
