MABALACAT CITY | The Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) Mabalacat Chapter successfully held its General Assembly and Federation Election on April 22, 2026, at Side Griller Restaurant, Brgy. Mabiga.
The event gathered youth leaders, stakeholders, and local officials, highlighting unity, youth empowerment, and active participation in community development. Messages of support were delivered by Ms. Josephine B. Tanglao, City Mayor Gerald Guttrie Aquino, and Vice Mayor Jun Castro, reaffirming the cityโs commitment to youth programs and opportunities.
The activity was also supported by CYDO OIC Ms. Lacel O. Baluyut, while Ms. Elsie Dela Cruz led a leadership talk emphasizing responsible and values-driven leadership among the youth.
The assembly concluded with the election of new PYAP Federation Officers for 2026โ2028:
