The Search for Mr. and Ms. PYAP 2026 is one of the highlight activities of the PYAP Founding Anniversary Celebration of Cadiz City. This activity aims to showcase the confidence, leadership, talent, and advocacy of PYAP members while promoting youth participation, camaraderie, and empowerment among the different barangays of the city.
𝗜. 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦
1. The search is open to all bona fide PYAP members of Cadiz City.
2. Each barangay may send one (1) male and one (1) female representative only.
3. Candidates must be physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to participate in the pageant and all related activities.
4. Candidates must be willing to attend the orientation, rehearsals, and pageant proper as scheduled by the organizers.
5. Candidates must uphold the values, image, and advocacy of the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) throughout the competition.
𝗜𝗜. 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
1. Only the first ten (10) barangays to officially register their candidates shall be accommodated in the competition.
2. Registration shall be coordinated through the PYAP Cadiz City Chapter.
3. Submission of the official registration signifies the candidate’s agreement to abide by all rules, guidelines, and decisions of the organizers.
𝗜𝗜𝗜. 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
1. All expenses related to the participation of the candidates, including but not limited to attire, transportation, grooming, rehearsals, and other incidental costs, shall be shouldered by the candidate’s respective PYAP Cluster.
2. Candidates and their respective PYAP Cluster or Barangay are expected to ensure their availability, preparedness, and full commitment to all required activities of the competition.
𝗜𝗩. 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗭𝗘𝗦👑
The winners of the Search for Mr. and Ms. PYAP 2026 shall receive the following cash prizes:
👑 Mr. and Ms. PYAP 2026 Winners – ₱4,000.00 each
🥈 1st Runner-Up – ₱3,000.00 each
🥉 2nd Runner-Up – ₱2,000.00 each
𝗩. 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗥𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗦
1. Candidates must observe proper decorum, sportsmanship, and respect toward fellow candidates, organizers, judges, and audience members throughout the competition.
2. Any act of misconduct, dishonesty, disrespect, or behavior that may tarnish the image of PYAP may be a ground for disqualification, subject to the decision of the organizers.
3. By joining the competition, candidates agree to comply with the official mechanics, schedule, and prize structure set by the organizing committee.
4. Willing candidates are expected to understand and accept the prize structure, responsibilities, and competition policies established by the organizing committee.
5. The decision of the Board of Judges and the Organizing Committee shall be final and irrevocable.
𝗩𝗜. 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡
The PYAP Cadiz City Chapter reserves the right to amend or modify any of the guidelines and mechanics, if necessary, for the better conduct and success of the activity. Any changes shall be properly communicated to all participating barangays and candidates.
