𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄’𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁? 𝑾𝒆 𝒈𝒐𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖!

Here’s your checklist for tomorrow:

𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳: In the middle of the busy stream of school, deadlines, and everything in between, remember: you were never made to do life alone. Come as you are, and come find your community🫶

𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱 (𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝘄𝗼!): Don’t leave them in their dorms, you never know how a simple invitation might impact someone’s life. They weren’t made to do life alone either~

𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲 & 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Come ready to lift up the name of Jesus, not just for what He’s done, but for who He is and for how faithful He is, every single day.

𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵: Whether your faith feels strong, small, or somewhere in between, Jesus meets us right where we are. You don’t have to have it all figured out to come.

𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲: Come ready to dive into God’s Word and see how He speaks, teaches, encourages, and reminds us of His truth through Scripture. 𝙒𝙚’𝙡𝙡 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝘽𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙮𝙤𝙪, 𝙙𝙤𝙣'𝙩 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙮!

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗴𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻...

Or maybe tonight’s the night you meet the friend you didn’t even know you were praying for. the one who saves you a seat, sends you a “Tara, LightGen Night tayo?” text, checks in when you’ve had a rough day, prays with you, laughs with you, and reminds you of Jesus when you need Him most.

Happy Birthday, Mariel!

As Paul says in Philippians 1:3–6, “I thank my God every time I remember you,” and we can truly say the same about you. We’re grateful for the joy, friendship, and encouragement you bring to our GACC LightGen fam!

We pray that God will continue to give you wisdom, perseverance, and excellence in all that you do. May He use the skills and gifts He has given you to build things that bless others, but more importantly, may He use you to build people up and point them to Christ.

And as you step into another year, hold on to this promise: “He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion.” (Philippians 1:6) The God who started His work in you is faithful, and we’re excited to see how He will continue to shape your life, your calling, and your ministry.

Happy Birthday, Hubert!

We pray that this new year of your life is filled with joy, peace, and moments that remind you how deeply loved you are. As you continue seeking Jesus, we pray that you’ll experience His presence in ways that are personal, real, and life-changing.

A verse that came to mind for you is Psalm 105:4, to look to the Lord and His strength; seek His face always. We love the invitation in those words, not to have everything figured out, but simply to keep seeking Him. God promises that those who genuinely seek Him will find that He is faithful.

May this birthday be the beginning of a beautiful season of discovering more of God's love, His strength, and His purpose for your life!

God's faithfulness over these 14 years is such a reminder that He's always at work. 🤍

To our LightGen fam, we pray that GACC would always become a place where you feel at home. A place where you are seen and known, build meaningful friendships, and, more than anything, grow in your relationship with Jesus.
