As PHILARM ELITE 2026 is primarily intended for PHILARM officers and members, accepted participants who are not yet members will be respectfully required to apply for PHILARM membership to formalize their participation. All registrations have been received and are currently under review by the PHILARM ELITE Secretariat. As previously announced, slots are limited and prioritized for duly endorsed PHILARM Regional Chapter officers and members, with 4โ€“5 slots allocated per Chapter/Region.

The Secretariat is verifying slot utilization per Chapter/Region. Requests for additional slots will be subject to consultation with and approval by the respective Regional Chapter before Confirmation/Acceptance letters are issued.

Only registrants who receive a formal Letter of Acceptance may proceed with payment of the registration fee and arrange their accommodation. Interested participants/registrants are likewise advised to coordinate with their respective Regional Chapters regarding endorsement.
