๐Ÿ“œ In this time of Lent, the verses in ๐Œ๐š๐ญ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ฐ ๐Ÿ’:๐Ÿโ€“๐Ÿ is a reminder that Jesus Himself faced hunger and temptation with faith and strength. The forty days He spent in the wilderness shows us that Lent is a season to practice prayer, fasting, and self-control which allows us to grow closer to God.

This season calls us to let go and abandon of our selfish desires, put our trust in the word of God, and prepare our hearts for Easter. When we follow Jesus by example, we are able to find hope, courage, and renewal in our daily lives.

Jesus commands us to love one another just as He has loved us, showing that the greatest and biggest expression of love is to lay down one's life for a friend.

This passage continues to challenge us to rise above self-centeredness and embrace a love that is selfless, enduring, and capable of changing lives.
