“LIGHT THE LEGACY: Remember. Advance. Act.” 🕯️❤️

The International AIDS Candlelight Memorial Celebration in Tanauan City, with the theme “Light the Legacy: Remember. Advance. Act.”, was successfully held last May 18, 2026, at the New Tanauan City Hall following the flag-raising ceremony through the initiative of Sigla at Pag-asa Clinic, the Primary HIV Care Clinic of Tanauan.

This meaningful gathering honored the memories of those we have lost to HIV/AIDS while inspiring the community to continue advancing awareness, compassion, prevention, and access to treatment and care. It also served as a reminder that every candle lit symbolizes hope, strength, and unity in the fight against HIV stigma and discrimination.

As one community, let us continue to remember the past, advance toward a future free from stigma, and act with love, understanding, and support for every individual affected by HIV.
