Love Month wasn’t just about romance — it was about loving yourself first.

Last February 20, 2026, the Rizal Integrated National High School – Supreme Secondary Learner Government successfully held the “Self-love, Mental Health, and You: A Love Month Symposium.” A day filled with learning, reflection, and real conversations about something we often forget to prioritize — our own well-being.

With the inspiring talk of our guest speaker, Ms. Jem Irese Rea Pastrana, students were reminded that self-love is not selfish, mental health matters, and it’s okay to pause, feel, and grow. In a world that constantly demands more from us, this symposium became a safe space to breathe, understand ourselves, and realize that we are not alone.

Because at the end of the day, before loving others, achieving dreams, and chasing goals — you deserve your own kindness too.

Rizal Integrated National High School really felt the love as we celebrated Valentine’s Week from February 9 to 13, 2026!

Our campus was FULL of kilig and good vibes all week long! From sweet rose giveaways, super fun couple and barkada games, and even heart-melting wedding booths, to the creative classroom decorations and smile-filled photobooths and every day was something to look forward to.

It wasn’t just about romantic love. We celebrated friendship, family, and school spirit too! The rooms and hallways were bursting with colors, laughter, and so much positive energy.

Safe to say, this Valentine’s Week gave us memories we’ll never forget. Right Rizalians?

Sa pinakaunang pagkakataon, naisagawa ng Rizal INHS ang pagboto sa mga new SSLG Officers para sa S.Y 2026-2027 ngayong February 6, 2026 gamit ang Digital Voting upang mapadali ang pag bi-bilang at pagkilala sa mga nanalong kandidato.

Sa pag boto dapat, pag isipang mabuti ito ay hindi lamang para sa sariling kapakanan bagkus ito din ay para sa ika-uunlad ng lahat ng mag aaral sa paaralan.

Sa pag papatuloy sa prosesong ito, pinapaalalahanan na ang pamumuno ay hindi lamang tungkol sa bilang, kundi tungkol sa pagtitiwala, pananagutan, at pag mamalasakit sa kapwa mag-aaral. 🫡

𝐌𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞 𝐀𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 happened yesterday morning at Rizal Court Ibaba—and this wasn’t just a school gathering. This was where 𝓁𝑒𝒶𝒹𝑒𝓇𝓈𝒽𝒾𝓅 𝒸𝒶𝓂𝑒 𝒶𝓁𝒾𝓋𝑒. On that very stage stood party-lists BEEP and LILA, alongside independent candidates—lahat may 𝐛𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐬, lahat may 𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐧. Walang 𝐩𝐚-𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐛𝐢𝐳. Walang 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬. Only students ready to speak their truth, lay out their platforms, and stand firm in what they believe in. 🎤

Before votes are cast, we all got the chance to see, hear, and feel who’s truly ready to serve—not just through names or taglines, but through 𝔥𝔢𝔞𝔯𝔱, 𝔢𝔣𝔣𝔬𝔯𝔱, 𝔞𝔫𝔡 𝔠𝔬𝔪𝔪𝔦𝔱𝔪𝔢𝔫𝔱.
