Masaya at nakakataba ng puso na makitang nagkakaisa ang kabataan na may iisang layunin—ang magbahagi ng ngiti, magtulungan, at higit sa lahat, iparamdam ang pag-ibig ng Diyos sa isa’t isa. Ang bawat tawanan, kwentuhan, at mga simpleng sandali na pinagsaluhan natin ay tunay na paalala kung gaano kalaki ang gawa ng Panginoon sa buhay ng bawat isa.

Maraming salamat sa napaka-init na pagtanggap at sa enerhiyang ibinahagi ninyo! Nawa’y patuloy kayong maging liwanag at inspirasyon sa iba. Looking forward sa marami pang pagkakataon na makasama at makakwentuhan kayong muli!

Today, we honor Saint Pio of Pietrelcina, lovingly known as Padre Pio, a humble Capuchin priest whose life was a profound witness to prayer, sacrifice, mercy, and unwavering love for Christ.

At the Shrine of Saint Padre Pio, we are reminded of his deep devotion to God and his generous service to His people. Through his ministry, especially in the Sacrament of Reconciliation, Padre Pio became an instrument of God’s mercy, bringing countless souls closer to Christ.

His life also teaches us to embrace our crosses with faith and to remain steadfast in prayer even amid suffering and trials. His simple yet powerful reminder, “Pray, hope, and don’t worry,” continues to inspire those who seek God’s peace and consolation.

May the Shrine of Saint Padre Pio be a place where hearts are renewed, faith is strengthened, prayers are lifted, and many are drawn closer to the loving heart of Jesus.

May we follow your example of humble service, deep prayer, love for the Eucharist, and trust in God's mercy.

Have you ever listened to someone speaking in Italian and wished you could understand more? Well, now you just might! We’re exploring the possibility of offering a beginner Italian course to the Gen, starting with our own units and community, and eventually extending the invitation to other Gen units, the Y4UW, and other branches and realities.

We’re looking into having the lessons from October to December, with the goal of preparing interested participants for the A1-level Italian certification exam.
