In preparation for the much-anticipated University-Wide Cultural and Arts Festival 2025, the Cultural and Arts Affairs Unit of Pangasinan State University โ€“ Lingayen Campus spearheaded a comprehensive meeting with all Cultural and Arts Coaches from the different disciplines โ€” Literary Arts, Visual Arts, Musical Arts, Dance, and Dramatic Arts.

The meeting aimed to discuss vital details and guidelines in preparation for the upcoming festival, ensuring that every coach and participant is well-informed, inspired, and ready to showcase the creativity, talent, and excellence of PSU Lingayen Campus. The assembly also served as a venue to strengthen teamwork, share strategies, and align visions toward achieving one goal โ€” to bring honor and pride to the campus in the university-wide competition.

Under the guidance of the Cultural and Arts Affairs Unit, the coaches reaffirmed their commitment to nurturing student-artists and promoting cultural appreciation within the PSU community.

During the welcome event for the newly appointed Campus Executive Director of PSUโ€“Lingayen Campus, Dr. Marie Claire Briones, last October 13, the Caboloan Performing Arts Guild showed once again that their artistry goes beyond the stage.

Last October 6, the Caboloan Performing Arts Guild presented a heartfelt token of appreciation to the former Campus Executive Director of PSUโ€“Lingayen Campus, ๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐‘๐ž๐ง๐š๐ญ๐จ ๐„. ๐’๐š๐ฅ๐œ๐ž๐๐จ, before his reassignment to another campus.

The event, held at the Convention Hall earlier this morning, October 13, 2025, featured captivating performances of songs and dances that added life and warmth to the celebration. The CPAG performers delivered heartfelt numbers that embodied the spirit of artistry and camaraderie, setting a vibrant tone for the morningโ€™s festivities.

The Local Government of Lingayen once again recognized the latest accomplishment of Pangasinan State University as a top performing school in the September 2025 Social Workers Licensure Examinations.

Municipal Councilors of Lingayen unanimously approved Sangguniang Bayan Resolution No. 112, S-2025, titled โ€˜Commending and Congratulating Pangasinan State University - Lingayen Campus for being recognized as a top performing school in the September 2025 Social Workers Licensure Examinationโ€™

Said Resolution was certified correct by Vice Mayor Jay Mark Kevin Crisostomo as presiding officer and approved by Municipal Mayor Josefina V. Castaneda.

It can be remembered that in September 2025, the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) cited PSU as a Top Performing School nationwide for achieving a 100% passing rate.

Moreover, the institution also produced a Topnotcher, Ms. Jeorgette A. Bernaldo who secured the 8th place in the said examination.

PSUโ€™s main campus, where the University Administration holds office, is located in Lingayen town.
