Understanding an organization is the first step to becoming part of something biggerโand last April 21, 2026, at the Pangasinan Provincial Library, that step turned into a meaningful stride forward.
JCI Lingayen Liberation II, through its Opportunity to Impact, opened its doors to aspiring young leaders who are ready to discover their purpose and take action in their communities. The session, led by Rey Marq Joshua S. Quintas, Vice President for Individual Growth and Local Skills Development Director, highlighted what it truly means to be part of JCIโnot just as members, but as active citizens committed to positive change.
More than an introduction, it became a space for connection, learning, and inspiration. Each story shared and each insight gained reminded everyone that leadership is not about titlesโitโs about impact. And impact begins the moment we choose to get involved.
As we continue to empower the youth and build future leaders, this initiative stands as a reminder: opportunities donโt just comeโyou create them.
