This training aims to equip the participants with the technical “know-how” of meat processing (TOCINO & SKINLESS LONGGANISA), including food safety, preservation, and standardized measurements. Give opportunity and basic training to Out-of-School Youth and Young Mothers a business, focusing on how to price products, package and sell them so that they will have their independent source of income that can boost their self-esteem and providing them with 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧-𝗨𝗣 𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗟 & 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗞𝗜𝗧.
