Last August 1, 2026, we officially open our Basketball League! May this season bring out the best in every player through teamwork, sportsmanship, and camaraderie.

𝐒𝐊 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐔𝐆𝐀𝐍 𝐈𝐍𝐕𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐌𝐄𝐍 𝐕𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐘𝐁𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐓𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 🏐

1. ELIGIBILITY AND COMPOSITION

📍 For MEN'S DIVISION, the tournament is open to all barangays in Jaro, Leyte. Each team is allowed to add 1 more players residing outside of the municipality (import).

• Each player of the team must provide a certificate of residency OR valid ID as a proof of residency in the municipality. Import must submit a copy of valid ID only.
• There are 8 slots open for this division.
• The team shall be composed of 12 members including the import/s.
• During the game, only registered players are allowed to play the game.
• Changing and adding of players is not allowed once the tournament has started.There is no age limit among the players.

2. ENTRIES AND TEAM INFORMATION

• Each team will pay the registration fee of 500 pesos only with 300 pesos cashbond. A total of 800 pesos.
• First come, first serve basis. Upon reservation of slot, the team must pay the registration fee and cashbond.
• Teams are required to submit the following requirements on or before August 6, 2026:

1. Official Team Line-up (Gallery of Players)
2. Registration Fee & Cashbond
3. Barangay Certificate of Residency/Valid ID

3. HOW TO WIN A MATCH

• Teams will be divided into two brackets. Each bracket will adapt a single round robin format.
• All games in elimination round will be played on 31 points score. No deuce.
• Top 2 teams from each bracket will advance to the Semi-Finals Round.
• The semi-finals, will be played on a running score of 35 points. No deuce.
• The finals game will be played on a running score of 40 points. With deuce and change of courts.
• All games will follow the official rules and regulations set by the FIVB.

NOTE: Cashbond will be returned to the respective teams if they have no game default record and arrive at the venue before the tournament start.
