**UPDATE**

Due to unforeseen events, one of the tournament prizes has been removed. The prize was originally scheduled to arrive earlier this month from one of our suppliers, but due to issues on the supplier’s end, its estimated arrival has been moved to the end of December.

We will still proceed with the tournament, but with one less prize. As a result, the tournament fee will be lowered.

Tournament Details are still the same:

📍 Venue: The Hidden Forge (near Rawis Barangay Hall)
🕐 Schedule:
• Registration: 1:00 PM
• Hard Start: 1:30 PM

PLAYER LIMIT:
Only 20 players maximum will be allowed to participate.
(This limit does not include the 2 tournament organizers.)
Slots are first come, first served, so secure your spot early!

Entrance Fee (With free entry "Pokémon" TCG Packs):
• ₱250 – 20 players
• ₱200 – 16 players

It is STRICTLY REQUIRED to inform the organizers if you will be absent on the tournament day.
You must notify them on or before December 12, 11:59 PM.
Failure to inform the organizers by the deadline will result in:
❌ You will still be required to pay the tournament fee OR
❌ You will NOT be refunded if you already pre-registered.
Please respect this rule so we can manage slots, prizes, and match schedules smoothly.

’Tis the season to be battling! 🎁⚔️

Gather ‘round, Trainers — as the holidays approach, the Bicol Pokémon TCG Community is wrapping the year with the biggest showdown yet!
Get ready to sleigh your opponents and deck the halls with victorious pulls in our Year-End Grand Tournament!

📅 Date: December 14, 2025
📍 Venue: The Hidden Forge (near Rawis Barangay Hall)
🕐 Schedule:
• Registration: 1:00 PM
• Hard Start: 1:30 PM

🎄 PLAYER LIMIT:

🎅 Tournament Format:

🎁 Stage 1: Swiss Rounds

• 5 Rounds Swiss
• Best of 1 each round
• 25 minutes per round
• Double Game Loss when time is up

🎄 Stage 2: Final Stage (Top 8 of the Swiss Rounds)

• Single Elimination — Best of 1
• 25 minutes per game
• Turn 0 ruling will be applied when time is up

Standard Format (Rotation G–I, Phantasmal Flames included)

Proxy Limit: Strictly 15 proxy cards only
✔ Printed proxies only
✔ Class A cards (fakes) count as proxies
❌ No handwritten or drawn proxies
Organizers will check all decks before the tournament.

🕐 Time: 1:30 PM — Hard Start

⚙️ Tournament Details:
• Format: Standard (Rotation G–I cards)
• Proxy Limit: Up to 30 proxy cards allowed
(Only Class A and printed proxies are accepted — handwritten proxies are not allowed)
• Entrance Fee: ₱250 (includes 2 packs of Korean Mega Brave!)

Registration Rules:
Partcipants are given until November 15, 11:59 PM to back out, or give up their slot. If the participant is not able to inform the tournament organizer within the deadline period, the participant is still required to pay the tournament fee even if he/she is not present in the tournament.

Another successful tournament last Sunday!!! Thank you to all participants who joined the tournament and box break event, and for your continous support for our community. 19 participants were present during the tournament, marking the highest number of participants in a single tournament hosted by the community.
