𝐏𝐑𝐄-𝐁𝐎𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐎𝐅 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐖 | Bankal BSP Phoenix

Every great Scouting achievement begins with a single step. The Bankal BSP Phoenix has officially embarked on another meaningful journey by successfully conducting the Pre-Board of Review for the Explorer and Pathfinder ranks.

Serving as the first stage of the advancement process, the Pre-Board of Review goes beyond evaluating requirements, it reflects each Scout's commitment to living the Scout Oath and Scout Law through service, discipline, leadership, and good citizenship. It also instills the value of preparedness and financial responsibility by encouraging Scouts to establish and maintain a savings account, helping them become self-reliant and responsible individuals.

May this milestone inspire every Scout to continue growing in character, strengthening their skills, and embracing the true spirit of Scouting as they move forward on the trail toward higher ranks.

Congratulations to all the Explorer and Pathfinder candidates!

GENERAL ORIENTATION | Bankal BSP Phoenix

The Bankal BSP Phoenix has successfully conducted its General Orientation. The Orientation covered about the responsibilities of every Scout, the different Scouting Ranks, the importance of the Scout Ideals, Proper Uniform, Oppurtunities, and the activities that will be held and carried out throughout the year.

The excitement continued through our Scavenger Hunt and Find Your Crewmates, strengthening friendships and proving that teamwork and communication are key, reminding us that no Scout stands alone.

Through this orientation our scouts have gained a better understanding of the responsibilities they hold as a member of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, through this their commitment has been strengthened, and the passion they have for service has been lit.

Thank you to everyone who participated and made this orientation a success.

The Bankal BSP Phoenix proudly congratulates 𝙎𝙘𝙩. 𝙍𝙚𝙮 𝘼𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣 𝘿𝙖𝙢𝙤𝙡𝙚 for successfully passing the Board of Review for the Venturer Scouts, and 𝙎𝙘𝙩. 𝙅𝙖𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙧 𝙎. 𝙋𝙞𝙣𝙤 for successfully passing the National Board of Review for Eagle Scouts, held on July 18, 2026.

All your hard work, sacrifices, and dedication to Scouting have truly paid off. This achievement didn't come easy, and you both deserve every bit of this success. You have shown what it means to be dedicated, disciplined, and always ready to help.

The Cebu Council Registration Office will review your documents, verify the membership information, confirm payment, issue the Official Receipt, and process your registration.
