On October 18, 2026, Bankal BSP Phoenix successfully conducted the Board of Review (BOR) for the Explorer, Pathfinder, and Outdoor Scout Ranks at Bankal National High School.
The review was conducted by two distinguished panels: Mr. Virgilio I. Amistad, WBH, Scoutmaster of CIT-U Boy Scouts of the Philippines S-27, who served as Chairman of Set A, and Mr. Jejevie M. Bermudez, WBH & ESA, who served as Chairman of Set B.
The activity provided our Scouts with an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge, skills, accomplishments, confidence, and preparedness as they continued their journey toward advancement. More than an evaluation, the Board of Review served as a meaningful milestone that reflected their perseverance, personal growth, and commitment to the principles of Scouting.
