With great pride and gratitude, we celebrate this achievements during the 79th Annual Cebu Council Meeting of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines ,Cebu Council, held on April 11, 2026, at the 9th Floor of Cebu City Hall.

The event brought together dedicated scoutmasters from across the council to present reports, recognize achievements, and highlight the continued growth of the scouting movement. It was also a meaningful occasion where schools and individuals were honored for their valuable contributions.

We are especially proud to announce that this recognition was given for producing a prestigious Eagle Scout awardee. BANKAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL has consistently demonstrated excellence in developing outstanding Eagle Scouts.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our scout leaders, alumni, and outfit advisers for their unwavering support, which made this achievement possible.
This accomplishment reflects our strong commitment to scouting and to living by the Scout Law.

Today, March 14, 2026, two scouts from Bankal Phoenix successfully passed the Board of Review for the Outdoor Scout Rank held at Mactan National High School.

Congratulations to Scout Progelia and Scout Trazo for this achievement!

𝐋𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚!⚜️ Today was a true testament to the Scout Oath and Law as the 𝑩𝒂𝒏𝒌𝒂𝒍 𝑩𝑺𝑷-𝑷𝒉𝒐𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒙 took on a day full of purpose, grit, and brotherhood.

We started our morning with a heart for others through 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚, remembering that a Scout’s greatest duty is to serve his fellow man. After giving back, we headed for the trails! Our 𝙃𝙞𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 expedition tested our endurance and pushed us to appreciate the beauty of nature while strengthening our bond as a unit. 🌲🥾

To sharpen our readiness for any situation, we ended the day in the water for 𝑺𝒘𝒊𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑳𝒊𝒇𝒆 𝑺𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒅𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔. It wasn’t just about the fun, it was about mastering the vital skills needed to respond in times of emergency. Because for a Phoenix Scout, being prepared isn’t just a motto; it’s a way of life. 🌊💪

FEBRUARY 28, 2026 — A proud moment for Bankal National High School - BSP Phoenix as one of our Senior Scouts successfully completed the 𝘽𝙤𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙍𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙬 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙑𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙧 𝙎𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙨, held at the Cebu Council Headquarters, Labangon, Cebu.

✨ 𝗩.𝗦. 𝗝𝗔𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗥 𝗦. 𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗢, an alumnus Senior Scout of Bankal National High School, cemented his name among the Venturer Scouts of Bankal BSP Phoenix as its newest Venturer upon emerging successful in his Board of Review.

Guided and mentored by their dedicated 𝑶𝒖𝒕𝒇𝒊𝒕 𝑨𝒅𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒐𝒓, 𝑺𝒄𝒕𝒓. 𝑱𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒃𝒐𝒚 𝑴. 𝑴𝒂𝒈𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒈, 𝑾𝑩𝑯, whose unwavering support helped him reach this remarkable milestone. 🫡
