LABAO, INC. LAoang BAsketball Organization Incorporated - a non-stock, non-profit and non-partisan sports organization. LABAO, Inc.

was organized last August 31, 2012 by a group of individuals who are sports enthusiasts and that have long histories of involvement in sports development. The Board of Trustees is composed of fifteen members who are in active with their different walks of life, while some are private entrepreneurs, and others held key positions in the government. But most of them are SBP Licensed Referees and Tabl

e Officials. On December 18, 2013, LABAO was registered under SEC Registration No. CN201323899 and with TIN No. 008-678-762 as a non-profit, non-stock and non-partisan sports organization.
