It is with great pride and joy to share this momentous event: the official launching and turnover ceremony of Project Linang at our dear institution, San Mateo Integrated School, led by the Teacher Fellows of Teach for the Philippines ๐ŸŒฑ

On March 26, 2026, we successfully conducted the third and final pillar of Project Linang: Linang Komunidad. Guided by the theme, "Cultivating fields and shaping futures together," this event was held in collaboration with the San Mateo Integrated School in its capacity as a Rural Farm School.

It was an honor to host esteemed guest speakers from the City Agriculture Office of Laoag Cityโ€”Ms. Irene M. Salvador and Mr. Mark Angelo C. Alonzoโ€”who generously shared their expertise on container gardening and poultry management. Additionally, Mr. Raffy A. Geronimo, the schoolโ€™s Rural Farm School Coordinator, provided an insightful overview of the program, helping our community better understand our vision for agricultural growth.

We were thrilled to see such active participation from our dedicated stakeholders, including the parents of Grade 1-Tayamen and our students.

As we approach the closing of Project Linang, we want to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who joined us. Your presence and commitment were the highlights of this event, and we are truly grateful to have you with us as we shape the future together.
