MASS celebration for WOMEN'S MONTH

March 9, 2026

Zonta Club of Ilocos Norte joined the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte and the City of Laoag in a solemn Mass held at the Aurora Park for this year's celebration of Women's Month.

Emphasis was given to the importance of women in this world as givers of LIFE, as nurturers and sources of strength.

Cheers to the Mothers, Sisters, Aunties, Nieces and Besties who makes our days brighter every day.

Zonta Club of Ilocos Norte celebrates Women's Day at the KINNI-KINNI PARADE

March 10, 2026

ZCIN joined the hundreds of women of Ilocos Norte to celebrate the Annual Kinni-kinni Parade organized by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte and spearheaded by Zontian and Ilocos Norte Governor Cecile Marcos .

This year's theme is Purple Hawaiian 💜

Zontians walked in their white sundresses, purple scarves, floral headdresses and hand corsages.

In attendance were the beautiful women from the different towns and cities of Ilocos Norte dressed in their own Purple Hawaiian costumes.

It was truly a glorious celebration in honor of our strong, empowered and fabulous Women of Ilocos Norte!

WOMEN'S MONTH KICK-OFF ACTIVITY IN LAOAG CITY

Zonta Club of Ilocos Norte headed by President Nida Alejandro joins the City Government of Laoag in the celebration of this year's WOMEN'S MONTH!

The kickoff celebration showcased slogans in support of women empowerment and a symbolic signing of the Pledge of commitment by all sectors present in support of the objectives, program and activities to attain gender equality and the effective delivery of services to women particularly on health, justice, equal protection, equal opportunities and advocating for the observance and protection of the rights of women and girls in the community.

Zonta Club of Ilocos Norte is awarded a Certificate of Recognition by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte as an active partner in the implementation of the Universal Health Care Program in Ilocos Norte held at the Ilocos Norte Centennial Arena on January 29,2026 at the Ilocos Norte Health Summit 2025.

Zonta Club of Ilocos Norte was represented by President Nida Alejandro and PIO Pia Crisologo Cua .

Zonta Club of Ilocos Norte kicks off the Laoag City Fiesta with flying colors and wins FIRST PLACE for BEST PRESENTATION in the National Government Agencies Category together with its cluster agencies during the Military-Civic Parade, the first Activity of the Month-long Paluminawen Festival of the City of Laoag! 🎉💗🎉
