“In a post by For the Motherland, Sass Rogando Sasot claims that VP Leni Robredo’s stated in her biography that she was an Economics professor at the University de Sta. Isabel from 1987 to 1997.

In her speech to the UP School of Economics in 2014, she said, “Less than a year after I started working for the government, I got engaged to the boss and had to resign from work. I taught economics during the day in a local university and went to law school during the evenings.
