Tropical cyclone โs center was estimated at 575 KM East of Catarman, Northern Samar or 620 KM East of Virac, Catanduanes (12.9ยฐN, 129.9ยฐE) as of 5:00 PM, November 8, 2025, and TCWS No. 1 was raised in the City of San Fernando, La Union, according to DOST-PAGASA.
