On behalf of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) – Benguet Chapter, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the 8th PICE CAR Regional Technical Conference held on September 11–12, 2025, at Rose Pine Hotel, La Trinidad, Benguet.
