God has already given us authority, spiritual gifts, and a calling. The question is not whether we are equipped; the question is whether our inner man is strong enough to carry what God wants to release through us.

Many believers are spiritually equipped but spiritually weak. Like a soldier with armor and weapons but no strength, we cannot effectively minister if our spirit is malnourished. Before God builds ministry through us, He wants to build strength within us.

We are spirit, soul, and body. When our spirit is strong, it governs our thoughts, emotions, decisions, and actions. But when our spirit is weak, we become easily discouraged, offended, fearful, and ineffective in ministry.

Jesus Himself prioritized building His inner life before public ministry. The power that flowed through Him came from intimacy with the Father. Ministry was the overflow of what was happening in secret.

A strong inner man is built through:
🔥 Praying in the Spirit
📖 Meditating on God's Word
🙏 Fasting regularly
🎶 Private worship
⚔️ Consistently stepping out in ministry

God is not looking for talented vessels. He is looking for built vessels. The deeper your roots, the greater the flow. The stronger your spirit, the greater your impact.

You cannot release what you have never built.

Before changing the world around you, allow God to strengthen the world within you. Revival does not start on a stage, it starts in the secret place, where the inner man is built, strengthened, and filled with the Holy Spirit.

God has given spiritual gifts to every believer, not just pastors, leaders, or ministers. These gifts are meant to build up the Church, serve others, and advance God's Kingdom. One of those gifts is prophecy.

Prophecy is not primarily about predicting the future. It is about partnering with the Holy Spirit to communicate God's heart through words that strengthen, encourage, and comfort people.

Every believer can be used by God prophetically because every believer has access to hear His voice.

True prophecy is always rooted in love. Its purpose is never to condemn, control, or confuse people, but to remind them of how God sees them and who He created them to be. It helps people rediscover their identity, potential, and purpose in Christ.

Prophetic ministry requires humility, intimacy with God, purity of heart, and courage to obey what God is saying. As we spend time in God's presence, learn to listen to His voice, and practice stepping out in faith, we become vessels that God can use to encourage and strengthen others.

People may see dirt, but prophetic eyes see gold.

God wants to raise up a generation that hears His voice, carries His heart, and releases hope, encouragement, and life wherever they go. The goal is not to impress people with spiritual gifts, but to reveal the love of God and draw people closer to Jesus.

Jesus did not change the world by building crowds. He changed the world by discipling a few people who eventually discipled others. The Gospel spread from 12 disciples, to 120 believers, and then to the nations because disciples made disciples.

True discipleship is not about gathering people, it is about transforming people and empowering them to do the same for others.

This generation is not just looking for sermons, events, or information. They are looking for family, belonging, transformation, and purpose.

The mission is clear: Belong → Believe → Become

This generation does not need more celebrities. It needs disciple-makers who will connect people to Christ, build conviction in truth, and commission them to reach the next generation.

The next generation is not looking for people who will immediately correct them, fix them, or lecture them. They are looking for safe spaces where they can be honest, ask real questions, wrestle with their doubts, and be heard without fear of judgment.

Many young people feel disconnected from faith because they often experience people giving answers before taking time to listen. They don't want to be controlled, they want to be understood. They don't want to be rushed, they want to be guided.

Safe conversations prepare the heart to receive truth. Before transformation happens, trust must be built. Before people receive our message, they need to know they matter.

One of the biggest mistakes we make is focusing on attendance instead of belonging, correcting instead of understanding, advising instead of listening, and solving problems instead of walking with people through them.

Empathy begins when we acknowledge people's feelings. When we listen well, we create space for God to move in their hearts.

“The ultimate strategy is to ask, not tell. Because it's not about you.”

The goal is not to win arguments. The goal is to win hearts. When people feel safe, seen, heard, and loved, they become more open to discovering truth and encountering Jesus. ❤️‍🔥

This generation is not just looking for a church to attend, they are looking for a place to belong. Before young people believe, many first need to experience acceptance, love, safety, and genuine relationships.

Create churches that feel like home: a place where people can breathe, rest, open up, heal, and encounter Jesus through His people. Young people do not need to be judged, used, or treated as projects. They need to be seen, loved, and welcomed.

The ministry of Jesus was all about bridging people back to God. Before reaching people with the Gospel, we must first build bridges through kindness, hospitality, compassion, and authentic relationships.

People today are not only asking, “Is Christianity true?”
They are also asking, “Do Christians care?”

Belong comes before believe.
Bridge before you reach.
Relationship creates room for transformation.

As a church, we are called to go where young people are, open our doors, create safe spaces, and intentionally love them. When people find a place where they belong, their hearts become open to believing in Christ.

Don’t just be friendly. Be friends. And don’t stop there, be family.

The mission is simple: Go. Love people. Create a home. Then lead them to Jesus.

📍SESSION 7 — CREATING SPACES WHERE YOUNG PEOPLE BELONG with Ps. Jeffrey Agustin

29/05/2026

In a generation obsessed with visibility, God is more concerned about who you are becoming than how many people know your name. Talent may open doors, but only character can keep you there.

Through the life of Daniel, we learn that God promotes people whose character remains faithful under pressure. Before Daniel stood before kings, he first stood before God in the secret place. Before influence came, there were roots. Before promotion came, there was integrity. Before history was made, there were hidden years.

The world teaches us to build platforms quickly, but God builds people deeply. Daniel refused to compromise even when no one was watching. He chose holiness over popularity, conviction over culture, and faithfulness over fame.

Character is not built when pressure comes, it is revealed when pressure comes. The small decisions made in private eventually determine what happens in public.

God is not looking for the most talented generation. He is looking for a generation with deep roots, strong convictions, integrity, holiness, and surrender.

“Before you ask God for a platform, ask Him for character. Platforms fade, but character remains.”

The question is not, “How big is your influence?”
The question is, “Can your character carry the influence you are praying for?”

📍SESSION 6: Character formation before platform with Rev. Dovee Pasco

SPIRIT EMPOWER NIGHT 🔥

It was a night of surrender.
A night of healing.
A night of freedom.

Many came carrying wounds, burdens, fears, hidden struggles, and questions that nobody else knew about. But in the presence of God, walls came down, tears flowed, chains were broken, and hearts were restored.

We were reminded that before God uses us to heal others, He often begins by healing us first.

Some encountered freedom.
Some received breakthrough.
Some found the courage to finally let go.
Some experienced the love of God in a way they never had before.

The Holy Spirit moved powerfully, not to condemn, but to restore.

And as we watched young people encounter Jesus, we were reminded that revival is not just about fire on the outside. It starts when God heals what is broken on the inside.

Last night, Jesus met people where they were.
And many will never be the same again. ❤️‍🔥
