The Slow Food Community Pasil is honored to welcome a group of Slow Food enthusiasts led by the energetic, Mr. Regie Wacas and Mr. Ian Mangaoang, together with the staff of Valley Bread in La Trinidad, Benguet to our community.

They visited to experience and feature our authentic native cuisines as part of their 2027 calendar, showcasing Cordilleran food from different provinces across the region. We are truly honored to be included in this meaningful project.

Their visit is deeply appreciated and is a great encouragement to our local farmers and food producers. Thank you for helping share and celebrate our rich culinary heritage.
