📍Venue: Barangay Yapak Health Center

As part of our 5th Anniversary celebration, we are organizing a special blood letting event with the theme "Donate Blood Save Life". We invite you to join us in this noble cause and make a difference in someone's life. Donating blood is not only an act of kindness but also offers numerous health benefits that can positively impact your well-being.

Be a Hero, Donate Blood; By participating in our Blood Letting Event, you not only contribute to saving lives but also reap the health benefits that come with it. Giving blood is a selfless act of kindness that can have a profound impact on both the donor and the recipient. Join us in spreading love and making a difference in our community.

1. Tamang Pahinga: 7-9 oras ng tulog bago magdonate ng dugo.

mga 2. Kumain ng Masusustansyang Pagkain: iwasan ang mamantika O matatabang pagkain ilang oras bago ang donasyon.

3. Pag-inom ng Tubig: Uminom ng maraming tubig bago ang donasyon upang maiwasan ang pagkahilo o panghihina.

4. Pag-iwas sa Alak at Sigarilyo: Huwag uminom ng alak 24 na oras bago magdonate, at iwasan ang paninigarilyo ng ilang oras bago ang donasyon.

5. Pagsunod sa Health Screening

Pwedeng Magdonate ng Dugo

1. Edad: Dapat ay nasa edad 18-65 ang donor (16-17 na may pahintulot ng magulang).

2. Timbang: Dapat ay hindi bababa sa 50 kg ang timbang.

3. Normal na Presyon ng Dugo

4. Walang Kasaysayan Malubhang Sakit

5. Hindi Nagbigay ng Dugo sa Nakaraang 3 Buwan: (3 buwan para sa mga lalaki, 4 buwan para sa mga babae).
