Advocates for Youth and Community (AYC) organization commits to investing in positive youth-led projects, empowering young people to serve as leaders, and develop as individuals with a sense of citizenship and community responsibility. We seek to work in conjunction with schools, parents, churches, and communities in creating transformative and competent leaders, as well as to conduct capacity-bui

lding training wherein young individuals are empowered to promote positive civic action through community services and outreach programs. AYC applies a transformational type of leadership which sees a true leader as one who distills values, hopes, and needs of the organization into a vision. We believe that a transformative leader drives innovation and inspires others to be more proactive in various skills that can be passed on to members; to be a manager in any field of their choice.
