๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ผ๐ ๐. ๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐, Division-Federated Peer Facilitators Circle Vice President, proudly represented Jones Rural School and the 2026โ2027 Division-Federated Peer Facilitators Circle Officers at the ๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฎ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐บ: ๐๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ต๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ฎ ๐๐๐๐, held on April 16, 2026, at the Quezon City Reception House, New Manila, Quezon City.
The forum, organized by the Department of the Interior and Local Government in partnership with the National Youth Commission, brought together SK officials, Local Youth Development Officers, LYDC members, youth organizations, and youth leaders. It served as a meaningful space where government agencies presented programs and policies for the youth, while participants exchanged ideas, shared experiences, and voiced concerns in open dialogue.
This moment is more than just joining an event, it shows hope and leadership in action. The whole Division-Federated Peer Facilitators Circle is truly proud and thankful for Francis Troy A. Matias, whose participation reflects the groupโs unity, strength, and commitment to serve and inspire the entire youth of Isabela
