That's our president! and kudos also to the YPS Officers who joined this webinar! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฉท

The PFC Division Federation of Isabela stands firm in creating spaces where every voice matters.

Last April 18, 2026, student leaders, campus journalists, and youth advocates across the country gathered for โ€œCLAIM YOUR SPACE: The Role of Men, Women, and LGBTQIA+ in the Movement for Safe Spaces.โ€

This was not just a webinar. It was a call to act.
Key takeaways: โ€ข Safe spaces require daily action, not just awareness
โ€ข Gender equality starts with respect in small interactions
โ€ข Youth leadership shapes inclusive communities
โ€ข The Safe Spaces Act, RA 11313, protects dignity in schools and public spaces

Our delegates gained clear, practical insight on how to lead with respect, accountability, and courage. They are now better equipped to speak up, respond, and create safer environments in their own schools.

We thank KAWSA Philippines for leading this initiative. We recognize our delegates for showing discipline, purpose, and strong representation of the PFC Division Federation of Isabela.

Now it is your turn.
Take space. Speak up. Stand for others. Build communities where everyone feels safe.

The forum, organized by the Department of the Interior and Local Government in partnership with the National Youth Commission, brought together SK officials, Local Youth Development Officers, LYDC members, youth organizations, and youth leaders. It served as a meaningful space where government agencies presented programs and policies for the youth, while participants exchanged ideas, shared experiences, and voiced concerns in open dialogue.

This moment is more than just joining an event, it shows hope and leadership in action. The whole Division-Federated Peer Facilitators Circle is truly proud and thankful for Francis Troy A. Grateful to have attended the DILG Kapihan, Talakayan Komunidad, on April 16, 2026 at the Quezon City Reception House, New Manila, Quezon City.

As President of YPS and PFC Division Vice President of Isabela, I had the opportunity to join many youth leaders in a meaningful discussion on policies, programs, and initiatives for the youth sector. The open forum encouraged active participation and exchange of ideas from different communities.

Honored to listen to the insights of Resource Speaker Usec. Joseph Francisco Jeff R. Ortega, Chairperson and CEO of the National Youth Commission. Thankful for the experience, the learning gained, and the chance to represent the Division of Isabela in this important dialogue for youth development.

Rooted in unity, growing for the future. ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒณ

The Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) of Jones Rural School successfully conducted a Tree Planting Project in collaboration with the Young Peers Society, Blue Demin Club, and CEO. This meaningful initiative reflects our shared commitment to environmental protection, sustainability, and community responsibility.

By planting trees today, we are nurturing a greener tomorrow. Together, we prove that when young leaders unite for the environment, small actions can grow into lasting change.

"The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now."
