𝗗𝗥𝗥 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗠𝘆𝗰𝗼 𝗘. 𝗘𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗰 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗣 𝗝𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝘆

The Rotaract Club of USTP Jasaan and the Rotaract Club of Gingoog Bay hosted the District Rotaract Representative’s Visit on November 22, 2025, at the Penthouse City Hall in Gingoog City. 𝗗𝗥𝗥 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗠𝘆𝗰𝗼 𝗘. 𝗘𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗰, together with District leaders 𝗗𝗦𝗜 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗽 𝗘𝗱𝗴𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗲, 𝗗𝗦𝗘 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗦𝗘 𝗔𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗕𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁, engaged with both clubs in a productive and meaningful session.

During the visit, the clubs shared their updates, highlights, and ongoing initiatives, opening space for supportive discussions on how to strengthen operations, create impactful activities, and maintain strong teamwork throughout the year.

Following the visit, the DRR’s Address was delivered, offering encouragement and direction on how the clubs can continue growing their service efforts and leadership culture.

The engagement marked a positive step forward for both clubs as they continue building momentum and contributing to the goals of District 3870.

On September 3, 2025, the Rotaract Club of USTP Jasaan, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Central Jasaan, successfully held its 3rd Induction Ceremony. The ceremony became a momentous occasion as the new set of officers, directors, and members took their oath of service and commitment. Most notably, the induction marked the official installation of the new president, 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗥𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻, who now leads the Rotaract Club of USTP Jasaan into another year of service, fellowship, and leadership.

With the inspiring words shared by the guests and the unwavering support of the Rotary family, the club looks forward to achieving new milestones. Guided by passion, dedication, and a shared vision for change, the Rotaract Club of USTP Jasaan is ready to continue its legacy of service above self.

The Rotaract Club of USTP Jasaan successfully conducted its Basic Orientation Seminar and Whole-Year Planning on August 15, 2025 at the Audio Visual Room. The event marked the club’s first general meeting for Rotary Year 2025–2026, bringing together both new and continuing members for a meaningful start of the year.

The seminar focused on strengthening the knowledge of Rotaractors about the structure, mission, and avenues of service of Rotaract, while also emphasizing the importance of transforming the University into a diverse and united community. Members were guided on their roles, responsibilities, and the value of collaboration as part of the larger Rotaract movement.

In the whole-year planning session, members actively proposed and discussed activities aligned with the club’s goals and Rotary’s avenues of service. With the dedication and enthusiasm shown during the meeting, the Rotaract Club of USTP Jasaan is set to embark on a purposeful and impactful year of service and fellowship.

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗬𝗔𝗞𝗔𝗣: 𝗔 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗞𝗶𝗰𝗸-𝗢𝗳𝗳 𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀

The Rotaract Club of USTP-Jasaan officially launched its first community initiative for the year — PROJECT YAKAP — on July 24, 2025, held at the Barangay Natubo Covered Court.

This meaningful project was conducted in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Central Jasaan, USTP-Jasaan, and the Barangay Natubo Council, aiming to foster a stronger and more compassionate community through mental health education.

The activity centered on "Mental Health 101 for Mothers and Children", covering essential topics such as understanding stress and emotions, coping strategies at home, managing mental health, storytelling for healing, positive parenting, open communication at home, and the importance of initial counseling and referral support.

With the warmth of shared stories and heartfelt discussions, PROJECT YAKAP served as a safe space for families to embrace the importance of emotional well-being.

Because a simple “yakap” can be the first step to healing.

𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳.

On July 12–13, 2025, young Rotaract leaders from across District 3870 gathered in Iligan City for PESELS CLLS 2025—a two-day leadership development event aimed at cultivating stronger, more empowered club officers.

The sessions encouraged open conversations on leadership styles, project management, and organizational growth. Through dynamic discussions and shared experiences, club representatives gained fresh insights to help sharpen their service initiatives and drive more meaningful impact in their respective communities.

Carrying the banner of the Rotaract Club of USTP-Jasaan was President James Ryan I. Lindongan, who participated as the club’s sole delegate. His active involvement throughout the sessions and engagements highlighted his dedication to leadership and his club’s continued commitment to service. PESELS CLLS 2025 served not just as a training ground, but as a reminder that even one passionate leader can represent a whole club with strength and pride.
