• A bonafide resident of Punta (with valid ID)
• A senior high school graduate or a college undergraduate of any of the listed courses (with supporting documents)
• Aged 18 to 30 years old
• Must present both the Transcript of Records (TOR) and Notice of Admission (NOA)
• Reimbursement of fees is possible for those who have already paid (with official receipt as proof)

We will be accepting applications for the 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 from May 22 to June 1.

For 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺 Fee Assistance, applications will be accepted starting on June 10.
