This April, the NC BEC Guidance and Counseling Office joins the American Counseling Association (ACA) in observing 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡.

In a world that constantly tells us to "𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩," it’s important to remember that mental health is just as vital as physical health. Huwag mong hayaang maubos ka. Bigyan ang sarili ng pahintulot na magpahinga at magmuni-muni. Kung nararamdaman mong tila mabigat na ang lahat, subukang gawin ang 𝘣𝘶𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘭𝘺 𝘩𝘶𝘨 isang simpleng paraan upang yakapin ang sarili at pakalmahin ang iyong kalooban.
