Ang huling grupo na magtatanghal ang kakatawan sa ating sariling bansa – ang Pilipinas.
Ang SUBLI ay isang tradisyonal na relihiyosong katutubong sayaw ng mga Pilipino mula sa lalawigan ng Batangas. Ito ay isang "panalangin" o "panata" (panata) na nagbibigay-pugay sa Banal na Krus. Itinatanghal tuwing may mga kapistahan, pinagsasama nito ang mga katutubong galaw, nakayuko, at pira-piraso na katawan na may masigla at perkusibong musika na tinutugtog gamit ang mga kastanyas na kawayan. Ang pangalan ay nagmula sa salitang "subsub" at "bali", na naglalarawan sa katangiang nakabaluktot na postura ng mga lalaking mananayaw. Nagsimula mga 300 taon na ang nakalilipas, sinasabing nagsimula ito nang matagpuan ang isang krus na kahoy, at maigalaw lamang ito ng mga tao pagkatapos kumanta at sumayaw, na siyang naging subli. Ang mga lalaking mananayaw ay kadalasang gumagalaw nang nakayuko, na nagsasagawa ng matinding mga hakbang, habang ang mga babae ay sumasayaw na may mga maselang kilos sa kanilang mga daliri sa paa. Ang mga mananayaw ay nagsusuot ng tradisyonal na kasuotan, kabilang ang Barong Tagalog para sa mga lalaki at Saya para sa mga babae. Ang Subli ay itinuturing na parehong "panalangin" at isang masiglang kultural na kasanayan, na nagpapakita ng mayamang kasaysayan ng relihiyon at artistikong pagpapahayag ng Batangas.
Mga Panauhin, mga Binibini at mga Ginoo, mahal naming mga Balabagnon, ang ating huling grupo ng mga nagtatanghal ay pinamumunuan ng ating minamahal at masiglang Punong Barangay, si Kap Helen Maquiling, ipagkatiwala na lamang po ninyo ito sa Konseho ng Barangay Balabag!

This performance showcases the beauty of tribal and ethnic dances, inspired by the diverse indigenous communities across the archipelago. through rhythmic movements, patterns, and an all original Filipino music, we honor the traditions that have been passed down through generations. the dancers come adorned in costumes made from indigenous materials- symbolizing sustainability, resourcefulness and a deep respect for nature. Each element reflects the vibrant life and identity of native Filipinos capturing the harmony between people, culture and environment. just as child development workers nurture the roots of future generations this presentation celebrates the roots of our nation- our culture, our traditions and our shared identity. this is not just a performance - it is a reflection of who we are at our core. Being Filipino runs deeper than heritage; it lives in our values, spirit and our soul. we chose to represent the Philippines not because it is easy, but because it is meaningful. there are challenges, sacrifices and moments of doubt, but our love for our culture outwieghs them all. we are carrying the vocie of our heritage, beauty of our traditions and the strength of a true blooded Filipino. and that is worth standing for mahirap man pero piliin, mahalin at ipaglaban ang Pilipinas!
