✨ "SEARCH FOR THE FIRST EVER LIN-AY SANG AGMANAPHAO ✨

Where grace meets heritage, and beauty shines with purpose! We’re looking for the young woman who will proudly carry the spirit of Agmanaphao—someone who embodies confidence, compassion, and deep love for our community.

Will you be the one to make history as our inaugural Lin-ay?

OFFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS (18 YEARS OLD & BELOW)
1. Age Requirement
* Must be 18 years old and below on or before the date of the pageant.
* Must present a valid birth certificate (PSA copy or local civil registrar copy).

2. Civil Status
* Must be single (never married).
* Must have no children.
* Must not be pregnant during the competition.

3. PAGEANT ELIGIBILITY RULES
* Eligibility by Ancestry�Candidates who are not currently residing in Brgy. Agmanaphao may still qualify to join the pageant provided that at least one (1) of their parents is originally from Brgy. Agmanaphao.
* Proof of Origin�The candidate must submit any of the following documents as proof of their parent’s residency/origin in Brgy. Agmanaphao:
* Barangay Certification of the parent
* Birth Certificate of the parent indicating place of origin
* Voter’s Certification (if applicable)
* Any valid document recognized by the Barangay Council
* Certification from the Barangay�A Barangay Certification confirming that the candidate’s parent is a bonafide native or former resident of Brgy. Agmanaphao must be secured and submitted before the screening schedule.
* Single Representation Rule�Each qualified candidate may represent Brgy. Agmanaphao only once in the current pageant year.
* Final Approval�The Pageant Screening Committee reserves the right to review all submitted documents and has the final decision regarding eligibility.

4. Educational Requirement
* Must be currently enrolled in school or at least a junior high school completer.

5. Good Moral Character
* Must have no criminal record.

6. Personality & Conduct
* Must possess pleasing personality and good communication skills.
* Must be physically and mentally fit to participate in all pageant activities.

7. Commitment
* Must be willing to attend rehearsals, workshops, and official activities.
* Must abide by all rules and regulations set by the organizers.

8. Parental Consent
* For candidates below 18 years old, a signed Parent/Guardian Consent Form is required.

🧩 BIG NEWS: PYAP MINA CHAPTER IS OFFICIALLY NYC–YORP REGISTERED! ✨
We are thrilled to share that as of January 2, 2025, the PYAP Mina Chapter has been formally approved under the National Youth Commission’s Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP). This milestone officially integrates our group into the premier national network of youth-led organizations in the Philippines.

What This Means for Us:

Being a YORP-registered organization opens up incredible opportunities for our members and the community, including:

Exclusive Access - Participation in national YORP congresses and high-level youth summits.
Capacity Building - Free access to NYC’s specialized organizational and leadership training programs.
Official Branding - The honor of using the YORP Seal on our official documents and materials.
National Visibility - Media and promotional support from the NYC to help amplify our local initiatives.

💡 Understanding NYC–YORP
