As we gather to honor outstanding achievements in service, leadership, and humanitarian commitment, we are privileged to welcome an individual whose journey reflects the very essence of the Red Cross mission. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐄𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐨 stands as a testament to what empowerment, dedication, and compassion can achieve when guided by a clear sense of purpose and a heart devoted to serving others.

Her inspiring path—from a committed Red Cross volunteer to a respected leader in her profession—beautifully illustrates the transformative power of volunteerism.
