The eSociety will strengthen the use of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to open opportunities to the underserved and marginalized by providing internet connection through TV White Space (TVWS) Technologies and establishing Tech4ED Centers (Tech4ED) as knowledge hubs and delivery channels of government services, digital literacy trainings, alternative learning for basic education, skills training for livelihood and employment, job portals and online marketplace.
