The Iloilo City Metro Leo Club together with our mother club, the Iloilo City Metro Lions Club MJF, brought a full-circle community outreach program to the wonderful community of Brgy. Panalian, Maasin, Iloilo!

We believe that empowering a community means taking care of its health, protecting its rights, and investing in its future. Today, we were able to deliver exactly that through a three-in-one mission:

🩺 Medical Services – Providing essential check-ups and health consultations to ensure the well-being of the residents.
⚖️ Legal Services – Offering free legal advice, consultations, and assistance to empower the community with legal knowledge.
📚 School Supplies & Books – Packing bags of hope, learning materials, and books for our bright young students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 at Panalian Elementary School!

Seeing the smiles of the children and the gratitude of the parents made every bit of effort worth it. This is bayanihan in its truest form! ❤️

This massive and impactful mission would not have been possible without the incredible collaboration of our dedicated leaders and partners.

✨ Hon. SB Mindaluz Billena for your unwavering support and guidance.
✨ Dr. James Rendon (Municipal Health Officer) and the Municipal Health Unit of the Municipality of Maasin for heading our medical mission and keeping the community healthy.
✨ Brgy. Captain Belardo Tuburan and the Brgy. Panalian council for the warm welcome and logistical coordination.
✨ Ma'am Santiaga Malificiado (Teacher-in-Charge), alongside the amazing Teachers and Staff of Panalian Elementary School for helping us organize a smooth distribution for the Kinder to Grade 6 pupils.
✨ The USA Social Science Unit faculty members, led by Dr. Edwin Samis, for your inspiring partnership and commitment to community development.
✨ The J. Reuben Clark Law Society for spearheading our legal services desk and helping our community members.
✨ Our fellow Lions from the Iloilo Gardenia Lions Club for the wonderful synergy and support.
✨ The Philippine Army for your invaluable assistance in security and ensuring a safe environment for everyone.

To every volunteer, donor, and partner who chose to spend their Saturday making a difference, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Together, we didn't just hand out supplies; we built a stronger, healthier, and more empowered community! 🌟

Together, We Serve! 🦁💙💛

You matter. No matter how others see you, you deserve to be accepted, respected, and loved for who you are.

This Pride Month, the Iloilo City Metro Leo Club stands in solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ community and reaffirms its commitment to fostering safe, inclusive, and welcoming spaces for all. We believe that everyone deserves a community where they can live authentically, express themselves freely, and feel that they belong.

In a world that can sometimes be quick to judge, let us choose kindness, understanding, and acceptance. Together, we can create spaces where every story is heard, every identity is respected, and every person is valued.

Happy Pride Month! 🌈
