UP Validus Amicitia Founded on the 13th day of October 1977, Validus Amicitia is one of the leading organizations in the University of the Philippines Visayas.

Composed of diverse individuals, the Organizations's basic ideology stems from varying persuasions with a common belief that the underlying power of true friendship unites everyone. The Organization stresses a commitment towards peaceful co-existence with others to produce a conducive environment for the pursuit of its goals.

As we welcome 2026, U.P. Validus Amicitia extends warm New Year greetings to our fellow Iskos, Iskas, friends, and partners in service.
From 2025 to 2026, we are grateful for the opportunities to serve our community and the University of the Philippines Visayas. Through outreach initiatives, volunteer work, and continued support for UPV programs and causes, we were reminded that brotherhood and sisterhood is best measured by action, consistency, and sincerity.
Thank you to everyone who stood with us, collaborated with us, and believed in the value of service and genuine friendship. We move forward into the new year with renewed commitment to serve UPV, uplift our communities, and strengthen the bonds that unite us.
