Calling all aspiring Rosarian Student Government Officers

Please be guided with the important details and dates regarding filing of candidacy, campaign period, and the grand rally and election.

𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐑𝐀𝐌 𝐑𝐒𝐆 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥:
A. Be bona fide HRAM learners;
B. Be of good academic standing with a general average of 90 and above without any failing grade during the 1st to 3rd grading period of the current school year;
C. Be of good moral character;
D. Have not been subjected to any disciplinary sanction; and
E. Have submitted the Certificate of Candidacy approved by their Adviser, Learners’ Formation Officer, Learners’ Activity Coordinator, Academic Coordinator, and Principal.
F. Graduating and Moving up learners (Grades 6 & 10) are eligible to run for all positions. Given that:
i. In the case that he/she wins and has not enrolled for the next school year, the opposing candidate will take the vacant position.
ii. If neither candidate for the position of governor has not enrolled for the next school year, the HRAM RSG shall elect them again in their classroom together with HRAM RSG officers and their advisers.
iii. If neither candidate for the major elective position has not enrolled for the next school year, the HRAM RSG shall conduct a school wide election by the opening of the next school year

We celebrate this day a little extra because one of our RSG PCOs is celebrating his birthday, Lester Jann A. Decena. He contributed a lot in terms of planning and during the ex*****on of the task. He is eager to help and uplift the dignity of the organization through active participation and sharing his thoughts for the betterment of the activities. May he continue to have that sense of responsibility in leading and cooperating with his co-officers and constituents. May the Lord bless him and guide his discernment in life.

“And true love waits.”

This upcoming Valentine’s Day, we are reminded that love isn’t just about romantic gestures—it’s about the everyday care we show to the people around us. Love is in the friends who make us laugh, the family who stands by us, and even in those we struggle to understand. It doesn’t rush or demand. It simply asks us to be patient, kind, and intentional in how we treat one another.

As written in 1 Corinthians 13:4–7, love is patient and kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, and it keeps no record of wrongs. Love always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres. Even in the small, ordinary moments of life.

This program is a celebration of that kind of love—the human love that connects us, supports us, and grows through compassion, understanding, and prayer. True love waits, not for perfection or grand gestures, but for the moments we choose to care, forgive, and stand by each other.
