LOOK | STATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP FOR LOCAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL

We're excited to share moments from the Strategic Planning Workshop for the Local People's Council (LPC) held on April 30 - May 1, 2026 at ONE Ilocos Sur Hotel, Vigan City!

With the theme "One Ilocos Sur Synergy in Action", this activity brought together dedicated stakeholders, civil society organizations (CSOs), and partners to strengthen local governance and community empowerment. 💪🤝

In collaboration with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), the workshop focused on formulating strategic plans to enhance the role of LPCs in driving inclusive development and meaningful participation at the Province of Ilocos Sur.

It was a productive gathering filled with meaningful discussions, teamwork, and a shared vision for a stronger, more united Ilocos Sur. Together, we turn plans into into action and build a better future for our communities!

We are thrilled to share the success of our Medical Mission held last April 17, 2026, at 1:00PM in Brgy. Paguraper, Sto. Domingo, Ilocos Sur!

This initiative was organized by PRAISE Ilocos Sur United, Inc., under the leadership of our dedicated Praise President Bishop Michael C. Mahor, PhD., and Praise Sto. Domingo, Director / Mentor Jean T. Mahor, MD., bringing our core values "Compassion. Care. Cure."

This event would not have been possible without our valued partners who shared our vision:

Together, we provided free health services, medical consultations, and essential medicines to the residents of Paguraper, ensuring that quality healthcare reaches those who need it most. Seeing the community receive care and support mad every effort worth it ♥

January 14, 2026, Director/Mentor Jean T. Mahor, M.D together with the elected CSO officer visited the office of the Mayor of Sto. Domingo, Mayora Annea , for their Courtesy call and transmitting a draft of our MOA. We also initially discussed our plans rgarding the MOA signing, OATH taking/Induction of LPC officers and all the members of Local boards and General meeting of CSO representatives. So we are going to wait for her approval of the MOA before we are going to plan our 3 in 1 program.
