At Brgy. Buru-un, Iligan City, the BSP Iligan City Council brought together Adult Leaders, Wood Badge Holders, Boy Scouts, Senior Scouts, and Rover Scouts for the International Coastal Cleanup 2026.

IN LOVING MEMORY OF A BROTHER SCOUT

With profound sadness, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Iligan City Council remembers BM Jose “Joe” S. Bagunas, whose life was a testament to service, brotherhood, and dedication to Scouting.

His years of faithful service have left a lasting mark on the Scouting community and in the lives of those he served. Though he has completed his earthly journey, his legacy of service and the spirit of brotherhood he shared will continue to inspire us.

🕊️ A Life of Service. A Legacy of Scouting. A Brotherhood That Endures.

The BSP Iligan City Council respectfully invites all Wood Badge Holders, Scout Leaders, Scouts, and members of the Local Council Executive Board to join us in prayer and remembrance during the Necrological Service on August 26, 2026, at 6:00 PM, at Room 102, St. Peter’s Chapel, Sta. Filomena, Iligan City.

May his trail lead him home.
May his spirit of service live on in every Scout he inspired.
