State of Youth Iligan successfully conducted the Empowering Youth Advocacy Video Challenge Awarding Ceremony via Google Meet, bringing together young advocates, program coordinators, and partners in a meaningful celebration of youth-led initiatives. The event highlighted the creativity, passion, and commitment of participants who used their voices to promote HIV awareness, SOGIESC inclusion, and positive social change.

More than just an awarding, the ceremony served as a testament to the power of youth in driving impactful advocacies and inspiring communities. Congratulations to all our winners and participants for showcasing that the youth are not just leaders of tomorrow, but changemakers of today.

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

State of the Youth Iligan is honored to have participated in the Iligan Youth Summit 2026 an empowering convergence of young leaders and partners united in shaping a better future for Iliganon youth. Anchored on the theme “The Continuing Rise of Responsible Youth Leaders,” the summit opened spaces for dialogue, collaboration, and strengthened commitment toward inclusive and participatory governance.

Through sessions highlighting youth policies such as Republic Act No. 10742 and programs of the National Youth Commission, we continue to learn, engage, and take action as part of a growing movement of empowered youth leaders.

We stand with fellow Iliganon youth in rising, leading, and creating meaningful change.
