The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Sto. Rosario would like to remind all applicants that the submission of documents for the Cash Incentives Program will be held on March 29, 2026 (Sunday) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

📍𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗨𝗘: Barangay Sto. Rosario Covered Gym
(Please be informed that the venue has been transferred from the Barangay Hall to the Covered Gym due to ongoing construction at the Barangay Hall. We kindly ask everyone to proceed directly to the new venue.)

⏳ 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧: This is a ONE-DAY SUBMISSION ONLY. All applicants are expected to submit within the given schedule. No extensions will be granted, so make sure to come on time.

The spirit of community, health, and hope shone brightly in Santo Rosario as the Sangguniang Kabataan Council successfully hosted SINAGABAY – A Nutrition Month Celebration on July 26, 2025, in partnership with The SINAG ILO PH.

True to its name, SINAGABAY—a fusion of “sinag” (ray of light) and “abay” (to guide)—served as a beacon of wellness for the Taga-Baybay community, welcoming people of all ages to a day filled with care, compassion, and celebration.

𝗔 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

The community of Brgy. Santo Rosario received free medical consultations, essential medicines, and even free eyeglasses, ensuring that everyone walked away not only healthier but with clearer visions for the future.

Children were treated to a Wellness Session, featuring engaging handwashing activities, storytelling, and lootbags brimming with learning materials and hygiene kits, reinforcing the importance of health and education in every young mind.

𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀

The event was further illuminated by the presence of distinguished personalities, including:

𝗠𝘀. 𝗞𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗲, 𝘔𝘪𝘴𝘴 𝘎𝘶𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘴 2025, whose advocacy for health radiated among the youth, a true testament of beauty both inside and out.

𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗖𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗖. 𝗚𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻, 𝘝𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘎𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘰𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘎𝘶𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗧. 𝗚𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻, 𝗠𝗗, 𝗠𝗣𝗛, 𝘔𝘢𝘺𝘰𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘉𝘶𝘦𝘯𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘢, both strong pillars of public health and community service.

SINAGABAY was more than an event; it was a movement towards holistic well-being, strengthening partnerships and proving that when communities unite, brighter and healthier futures follow.

As the sun set over Baybay, the glow of SINAGABAY remained—a testament that true progress begins with caring for every life, one consultation, one smile, and one healthy habit at a time.
